Corporate Hospitality

Whatever your event might be you can rest assured you will receive the same quality of service that has made The Guards famous for the last three and half centuries.

Corporate and Private Bookings

No two events are the same and every event is special. This the simple premise on which we base our services. We do not believe in generic solutions or a ‘one-size fits all’ approach to running events. Your event is extremely important to you, therefore you can expect to receive the highest attention to detail as befits the spiritual home of His Majesty’s Foot Guards.

From the smart welcome, via the superb cuisine and wines to the unique entertainment, our aim is to deliver a truly memorable experience for you and your guests. Unlike other party venues, the team at the museum carry The Guards high standards and reputation for excellence on their shoulders.

The museum lends itself to a wide variety of possibilities when it comes to events. These are just some of the events we had handled over the last few years. Dinners, receptions, book launches, networking events, press briefings, lectures, weddings, engagement and retirement parties, birthday and anniversary parties, reunions, christenings, musical evenings, charity fundraisers, product launches, post-memorial service reception, regimental functions and a host of other gatherings.

We have a very flexible approach to our catering services. You are welcome to choose from either our ‘in-house’ services, or from our short list of preferred caterers, or you can bring in your own caterer – whichever suits your requirements best.

We have fully-fitted kitchen facilities and we have all our own events furniture – just to make life a little easier for you. Nothing is nicer than to site down at a beautifully laid table, resplendent with regimental silver against a backdrop of 380 years of great British history.

Our unique location allows us to offer equally unique opportunities to make your event special, such as:

  • Guardsman in scarlet tunic and bearskin caps to receive your guests.
  • A lone piper to play for your guests on arrival or after dinner.
  • A solo pianist to play during your reception or dinner.
  • A full marching band to perform exclusively for your guest.

We can arrange a variety of events and the typical capacities are shown below:

  • Dinner for 60 seated in the Museum
  • Receptions for 100-150 standing in the Museum
  • Dinner for 350 seated in Marquee
  • Reception for 500 standing in Marquee
